Vivacity

Over the next week or two, the website will have the capability of allowing clients to login and request their appointment days and times, as well as view their receipts and keep track of their package hours, or coupon hours remaining.  We ask that you provide any feedback (both positive and negative) as to how you like the software, and it’s ease of use.  For specific projects, we have also started using a program called, Wedoist.com.  If you receive an invite from us for this program, please accept, as it allows us to communicate and keep track of both short term and long term tasks.  Over the course of the next few months, we will determine if one or both programs work effectively, and make changes as needed.   Thanks to everyone for their business and dedication!

We are so excited to have extended our services throughout other parts of Virginia!  We appreciate all of our Charlottesville clients and are enjoying meeting the requests of the Northern Virginia, D.C. and Richmond clients as well.  It’s very rewarding to witness the gratitude that others have for Vivacity, and to also witness the motivation of our team of “Go-Getters”.  We are optimistic that 2012 will be an awesome year, and thank so many of you.  We hold a very high standard and commitment to our clients, and therefore, hold our staff accountable at an even higher level of standard!  We appreciate your commitment to us as well, and again, we Thank You!
